About this job
The Corporate Accounting Sr. Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accuracy of the company's financial results through execution of cash management procedures, as well as reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts, including the necessary research, analysis, and resolution of reconciling items. This position also partners with Corporate Accounting, Accounting Operations, and various internal business partners as needed to meet operational goals. This position will also play a key role in the continuous improvement of the Oracle Cash Management module.
What you will do - Essential Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly and monthly cash management processes within the company's ERP (e.g. Oracle Cash Management, GL, ARCS)
Perform monthly financial close process by preparing reconciliations and journal entries
Develop strong relationships with business partners across Accounting
Support implementation of improved business processes in the Oracle Cash Management module based on functional knowledge and business partner needs
Take ownership of personal development through active participation in desk and competency reviews, as well as completion of an independent development plan
Participate in team, Accounting/Finance, and Company-wide meetings
Purpose of the role
This position serves a critical role on the Cash Management team and is focused on strong execution of daily, weekly and monthly cash management procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of business experience, including 2+ years of related accounting or finance experience required, or related business degree
Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel required (i.e. Filtering, VLookups, Subtotals, Shortcuts)
High school diploma or equivalent
