Job Description

Help lead the transformation of our enterprise global employer brand while ensuring we deliver a candidate-centric experience. As the Senior Manager of Employer Brand and Talent Marketing, you will develop and execute global strategies that support our mission of improving health and improving lives, while strengthening our talent brand, and positioning Labcorp as an employer of choice. Managing our global employer brand team, you will guide our integrated recruitment channel strategy, employer reputation, and content strategy. Help build a strong passive candidate pipeline built upon a rich, data-driven, strategic approach.

  • Drive Labcorp Enterprise Employer Brand Transformation: Ensure targeted candidates recognize and embrace the opportunities that exist at Labcorp. Through persona-based storytelling, you would showcase the Labcorp employer brand by highlighting our inclusive practices, commitment to internal development and how we strive to put patients at the center of all we do.

  • Lead Recruitment Marketing Technology Roadmap: Lead advancement of our global recruitment marketing and drive change management/adoption.

  • Drive Digital Outreach and Content Strategy: Lead the development of our recruitment marketing content across offline and online digital/social properties and the associated distribution across our global recruitment channels that drive interest and convert talent in alignment with our targeted priority segments and key geographies.

  • Proactively Manage Employer Reputation Strategy : Coordinate with internal employer reputation strategy. Lead external review response management and sentiment analysis.

  • Build Predictive CRM Sourcing Strategy : Implement and monitor scalable talent network campaigns in partnership with our sourcing center of excellence that build a robust pipeline of talent.

  • Create a Culture of Recruitment: Promote our enterprise employee referral program by running creative and targeted employee-centric campaigns that build brand, internal brand advocates and create a consistent source of high-quality leads.

  • Lead Global Media and Job Board and Programmatic Strategy : Drive ROI with a programmatic and regional job board and media investment strategy that drives efficiencies based on channel insights.

  • Lead with Analytics : Conduct internal and external competitive research while analyzing campaign performance to uncover insights that will optimize our employer brand strategy, recruitment marketing initiatives, brand awareness and employer reputation.

  • Ensure Brand Governance: Lead processes to ensure all materials uniformly reflect our brand, voice and vision throughout the candidate journey.

  • Leverage Interdepartmental Relationships : Collaborate cross-departmentally to build upon corporate strategies, enhance the candidate/employee experience and discover unique ways to partner that support our mission-driven growth strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in communications, marketing, human resources, social science, psychology, or other related field. Extensive experience may also be considered in place of more formal qualifications.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employer brand management as part of a communications, marketing, HR or recruitment team with 2+ years' at the manager level

Pay Range: $115,000-$135,000 + bonus potential
