The Data Analyst will focus on getting data and building data models that will be used by visualization analysts to build tableau dashboards, building the modeling of the data and scripts while continuing data principles. In this role. you must be able to write and execute scripts using R or Python and manage data from various Systems of Record (SOR) and to manage and run ETL processes with R or Python scripts to manage and have necessary relationships between different data sets. In addition, this data analyst will have hands-on experience designing, managing, and upgrading ETL tools and processes and have a complete understanding of the Alteryx ETL tool (Alteryx experience a big plus).

  • Routinely works directly with Tech leaders, their teams, and functional partners on strategic initiatives and to identify strategic business solutions.

  • Apply deep subject-matter or functional expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or maintain solutions and/or programs in support of changing business needs.

  • Provide strategic analysis and recommend actions to business leaders based on interpretation of findings. Exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information and knowledge acquired through work experience.

  • Accountable for on-time and budget delivery of portfolio initiatives in collaboration with business and technology partners.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge within own professional discipline and a broad understanding of concepts and principles of other related professional disciplines. Apply knowledge of best practices derived from experience and external networking to solve a range of complex strategic problems.

  • Provide a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.

  • Lead projects or programs for strategic business initiatives with high risks and resource requirements.

  • Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.

  • Oversee workflow, solve problems, coach, mentor, assist with interview and performance input. May supervise contractor-only teams or work efforts.

Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or equivalent combination in general business management or consulting, with a wide variety of exposure to senior business executives.

  • In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline assigned (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, change management, etc.). Understand foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines.

  • Experience managing complex initiatives and projects with material strategic or operational impact to the business in terms of revenue, cost savings, or process improvement.

  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of senior executive audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.

  • Advanced executive level communications skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and influence.

  • Experience leading, training, mentoring, and coaching other teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

  • Data Science and data modeling experience

  • Must provide technical expertise in API, DataMart, data warehouse, ODS, etc. platform projects.

  • Must have hands-on experience designing data systems and platforms for ingesting data via API.

  • Must be able to work closely with data visualization analysts to ensure data is accurately prepared for visualizations and dashboards.

  • Must have hands-on experience in complete data modeling and data structure life cycle (Gather, Clean, Model, Interpret, and Present)

  • Working knowledge of commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.

  • Working knowledge of the Tableau visualization tool

  • Supporting the data warehouse and DataMart in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
