Performs duties on machines and equipment needed for production and performs minor maintenance and upkeep of all systems and equipment as required
Examines machines and equipment to diagnose the source of trouble in area of responsibilities
Operates press equipment and inspects tile.
Monitors efficient operation of press equipment.
Inspects tile for quality defects in the manufacturing process.
Performs minor adjustments to equipment as needed.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Follows standard operating procedures.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Follows ISO operating procedures.
Education and Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years previous manufacturing/production experience. Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English.
