Our client in the facilities management industry is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the facilities management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $26 per hour
What's the Job?
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems.
Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 years experience required.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
