About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the established brand quality standards of photographic images utilized to connect customers with the unique brand experience by functioning as a bridge between brand and studio production teams. Leading a team through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build on capabilities, you will also retouch and edit digital images within Gap, Inc.'s high-volume photo production operation; meeting deadlines while maintaining the image quality associated with our defined standards. In this role you will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in order to meet the demanding deadlines within a high-volume production operation.

What You'll Do

  • Retouch and edit images as part of a high volume production operation.

  • Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities; ensuring creative standards are maintained throughout the retouching process.

  • Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards, with a continuous improvement mindset; ensuring existing operational SLA's are maintained across their team.

  • Create and maintains associated process documentation and job aids necessary to communicate and educate users of retouching processes.

  • Maintain cross functional relationships with studio operational, brand creative partners, and vendors; functioning equally well as part of a team, or independently; aligning with operational strategy.

  • Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging.

  • Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience.

Who You Are

  • Expert in delivering high quality retouched product photography assets in a high volume operation.

  • Proven track record and experience with industry standard photography production applications and tools.

  • Experience leading a team in a creative production environment.

  • Strong visual skills and attention to detail, with an eye for consistency.

  • Detail oriented, organized, and self motivated with demonstrated decision making skills necessary to deliver multiple projects with competing deadlines.
