We are seeking an experienced manufacturing/systems engineer to support Manufacturing Execution System implementations at our factory. As an MES Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system deployments, and ensure the seamless integration of MES solutions to optimize our manufacturing processes.
You will make an impact by:
- Maintaining and supporting existing manufacturing solutions (incident management, updates, testing, user trainings)
- Conducting a thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define MES implementation goals, objectives and requirement specifications
- Working closely with IT and engineering system teams to ensure compatibility and scalability
- Evaluating MES solutions to ensure they align with business requirements
- Configuring MES software to meet specific operational needs
- Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to validate MES functionality
- Conducting training sessions for end-users (Manufacturing Engineers, supervisors, shopfloor operators)
- Providing ongoing support and addressing user inquiries related to MES systems
- Monitoring interfaces between MES and other systems to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping documentation up-to-date with any system changes or updates
- Being the change agent to improve adaptability of digital solutions on the shopfloor
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in MES implementation within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of MES software(s), configuration and/or customization
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineer-to-Order environment experience
- Experience with Siemens Opcenter
- Working knowledge of SAP

- The pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
