Job Description:
Manages the operations and activities of the Patient Care Contact Center, Reception and Registration. Through effective fiscal and operational management, maintains optimum patient care systems, including staffing, scheduling, general resource allocation and communication systems. Assures orientation and ongoing education for staff and has input into program development. The job responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the Essentia mission and values and will contribute toward the overall organizational priorities and objectives. Position will have emphasis on program growth and development in the area of Telecare as it relates to new Essentia models of care delivery.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) in a clinical or business management field, or equivalent area
Three years' experience in healthcare or call center setting including demonstrated leadership ability.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
