The Senior Program Manager (Sr PM) for T-Mobile for Business plays an integral role in the development & delivery of exciting products, services, and programs for TFB. This individual will be an active member of the T-Mobile for Business Marketing team, driving the strategic roadmap and core initiatives for the channel, with an emphasis on end-to end project management & Go-to-Market activities (marketing, training, communications, compensation & reporting). This position will work cross-functionally with various T-Mobile support teams, working as an advocate and strategic extension of senior leadership to drive the vision and scope of each project.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Provide ongoing program strategic direction for sales programs requiring lifecycle management

  • Lead planning efforts in support of various workstreams and key areas of the business

  • Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions to key partners and leadership

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

The experience you'll bring.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred

  • Wireless Telecom experience a plus

  • PMP Certification, preferred

  • Process/Sales management

  • Managing Organizational Changes

  • Project/Program Management

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • A valid license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance at your own cost is required

  • 4-7 years: experience in organizational process, programs, project management, or related area

  • 2-4 years: supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
