The Senior Program Manager (Sr PM) for T-Mobile for Business plays an integral role in the development & delivery of exciting products, services, and programs for TFB. This individual will be an active member of the T-Mobile for Business Marketing team, driving the strategic roadmap and core initiatives for the channel, with an emphasis on end-to end project management & Go-to-Market activities (marketing, training, communications, compensation & reporting). This position will work cross-functionally with various T-Mobile support teams, working as an advocate and strategic extension of senior leadership to drive the vision and scope of each project.
What you'll do in your role.
Provide ongoing program strategic direction for sales programs requiring lifecycle management
Lead planning efforts in support of various workstreams and key areas of the business
Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions to key partners and leadership
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
The experience you'll bring.

At least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED
A valid license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance at your own cost is required
4-7 years: experience in organizational process, programs, project management, or related area
2-4 years: supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management
