As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) sector and a subject matter expert, the candidate will work with a premier Department of Defense (DoD) program to ensure audit readiness for an Oracle Federal Financials ERP solution. Working with the client as the lead of the Audit and Compliance Team, the candidate will work across the organization to assess program office and solution compliance with applicable Federal, Department and Agency accounting and financial management law, policy, and regulation.
More About the Role:
Support audit readiness team of 3-5 professional resources and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders and other cross-functional team members to maintain a history of high-performance
Assess solution audit readiness and evaluating internal control processes
Evaluate the Oracle ERP solution for compliance with applicable federal laws, regulations, and policies
Perform risk assessments to identify potential DoD Agency risks and mitigation strategies
Perform Compliance Readiness Assessments of the DoD solution to assist in planning and preparation for future compliance audits.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5 or more years Accounting, Audit or experience
Demonstrated experience with formulating and evaluating audit support documents and responses
Prior experience assessing/auditing Federal Financial Management solutions and processes for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutes
Prior experience planning and implementing risk management activities in for financial management in Federal or Defense workspace
Prior experience planning and executing Compliance Readiness Assessments
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies specific to Financial Management/Accounting solutions designed and implemented for Federal or Defense customers
As a team lead, can independently identify tactical and operational solutions, assign tasks to team resources, and mange quality delivery
Willing and able to obtain an IT-II clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with DoD and DFAS financial processes and procedures
Working knowledge of DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) and controls audits (i.e., ITCGC and SSAE-18)
Experience with two or more Oracle Federal Financials process areas, specifically with the DoD business functions of Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Order to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire and Time and Labor
Federal consulting experience identifying tactical and operational solutions, preferably in a DoD environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
