Job Description:
This RN is responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current nursing licensure in the state of MN.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.

Pay Range
$30.67 - $46.01 / hour
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
