Major Function and Scope
Management of daily platform activities in adherence to frequency requirements, desired engagement, and overall performance.
Analysis and development of insights to inform the creation of optimal content and assets.
Reporting on daily/weekly pacing and progress of tactics toward monthly/quarterly/annual target performance metrics.
Manage bid rules and optimization efforts at the campaign, audience, and ad levels.
Keep current on industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and performance.
Maintain QR code strategy for all brands and special projects.
Maintain directory listings and onsite locator.
Experience and Knowledge Required
3+ years' experience in digital marketing
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Google Adwords experience required. Google certifications preferred.
Basic copy-writing skills needed.
Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads experience preferred. Familiarity with CRMs.
Knowledge of marketing funnels and application of advanced setup functionality with paid ads for social media, SEM and PPC.
Experience in devising scalable Paid Social & SEM optimization strategies.
A good understanding of ad formats in Facebook, Bing and Google and experience in setting up marketing/retargeting ads.
Experience in conducting SEO optimization, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and content marketing.
Familiarity with Google Sheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
Experience planning, executing, and analyzing both B2C and B2B email marketing campaigns.

Desire to master new skills and tools quickly and remain current with the latest tools & technologies.
