Inclusive Experiences and Technology's (IXT) Global Engagement team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager Business Operations to make things easier for stakeholders, drive strategic planning and develop robust operational processes, support successful organizational scaling and operational efficiencies, while having fun in the process. You will also lead and support programs and initiatives across IXT and in collaboration with other Amazon teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage Goal review, driving predictability on key goals and get-to-green action plans
- Own the XBRs and Rhythm of the business cadence which operationalizes our global engagement strategy.
- Develop and iterate on mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Deliver strategic communications and management reporting for leadership.
- Partner with the Program Managers across IXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.

- Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
- Uses analytical skills to develop quantitative and qualitative insights to both look around corners and formulate robust, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of team management experience
5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
