The Associate SEO Manager provides unique value by increasing traffic, engagement, and conversions across T-Mobile web properties through organic search marketing efforts and optimizations. The ideal candidate will recommend, implement, and manage organic search improvements by applying SEO best practices, test & learn ideas, and latest innovations. This role requires a personality that enjoys working with and influencing many different stakeholders and can pivot quickly to changing business needs/demands. This position requires skills in on-page SEO, site management, campaign management, reporting, and analyzing trends & insights. The right candidate will have the knack for explaining organic search principles and recommendations to all audiences, from developers to SEO novices.
What you'll do in your role.
Assist the team in executing the holistic SEO roadmap to expand T-Mobile's organic search presence and rankings across Google, YouTube, Bing and other social platforms.
Work cross-functionally on all aspects of SEO including keyword research, content strategy, and implementation of on-page SEO tactics.
Assist with larger analytics projects, providing expertise in problem analysis, solution implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Develop relevant and consistent reporting and data visualizations to support business conversations and decisions.
Work with partner teams to gather and define enterprise reporting and analysis goals.
Key SEO agency and vendor liaison, working across all enterprise LOBs to prioritize and assign work.
Identify trends and insights on search behavior from engines, user behavior, and competitive analysis.
Use research to define areas of opportunity for organic growth and to improve site and rank visibility.
Work with partner teams to gather and define enterprise reporting and analysis goals.

The experience you'll bring.
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume organization a plus
3+ years proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion
2+ years of reporting and analytics experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition and retention principles
Data-driven, analytical, test-and-learn mindset
Strong Analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze and report on KPIs
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, STAT, Botify, etc.)
Familiarity with on-site search (Coveo) a plus
Local search background is a plus
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $40000.00 to $75000.00 for annual base salary. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. Employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
