The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead for our Hampton Roads site in Norfolk, VA. You will supervise a CACI team that supports funded taskings at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY). You will manage communications, customer expectations, staffing assignments, and contract deliverables.
The Business Systems Analysts you supervise gather data, develop metrics and dashboards, provide analytical support, and create a wide range of graphics-based presentations to support evaluation of performance and progress toward established goals. Your team provides objective information for data-based decisions that impact Shipyard programs and operations.
This is a working Lead position and a customer-facing role with a strong focus on providing facilitation, consultation, process improvement, and project management support to Shipyard customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead Business Systems Analysts in their performance of contracted business systems/analysis support at NNSY. Ensure quality delivery of support and services.
Assist customers' management of multiple innovation and implementation initiatives and operations at both the strategic and tactical level. Provide tools and methods to aid customers' decision making, management, and action planning.
Plan, facilitate, and lead customer and CACI meetings, presentations, briefings, strategic planning sessions, etc. in support of contract activities. This includes pre- and post-administrative support/coordination.
Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.
Stay current on the naval maintenance community's strategic goals, programs, initiatives, trends, and technology. Must be attuned and responsive to customer needs, challenges, and opportunities with an innovative/transformative professional mindset.
Supervise, hire, onboard, train, monitor/assess work performance, and mentor employees and subcontractors. Set goals and objectives for your team's achievement of operational results. Oversee staffing accountability and process adherence to policies, practices, and procedures with oversight from the POM.
Timely execution of site contract requirements, which includes timely completion of reports and submission of supporting data and metrics.
In collaboration with the POM, ensure site operations are aligned to CACI requirements, initiatives, processes, and culture. Represent the POM and fill in as needed in the POM's absence.
Support the POM in cultivating emerging CACI business growth opportunities at NNSY and potentially lead personnel in that new work.
As a working Lead you may directly support some funded taskings in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) individual contributor capacity.
Support/interface with customers via face to face, telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and applicable online presence.
Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include timely completion of written reports and submission of supporting data and metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
Work independently with limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Work site is primarily on the customer site; on occasion at the CACI site or home site (with prior arrangements).
Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with a Shipyard office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods. Work may sometimes be in an active industrial environment that may require walking long distances carrying backpack filled with work materials (and transporting materials, supplies as needed), climbing ladders, and accessing confined spaces. Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of business/systems analysis experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience supervising employees/managing teams.
Project management and facilitation skills. Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
Proficiency in the preparation, selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.
Training and experience in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints.
Willingness and ability to experiment and innovate new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.
Strong customer service orientation. Respectfully engage customers in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively.
Ability to perform successfully both independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired:
Previous military service or previous work experience at a Naval Shipyard.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Any of the following: Professional Facilitation Training and/or Certificate, Project Management Training, Curriculum Development Training, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, and/or Organizational Behavior and Team Development Training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
