Job Summary

This is a multi-faceted support position within Nuclear's Financial Management Group. The position will focus on three areas 1) the consolidation and development of the capital forecast/budgets for the nuclear fleet (DESC, DEV & Contracted Assets) 2) Provide O&M support to the DEV nuclear sites and 3) DES support departments. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support the capital management process by coordinating the executive approval process

- Assist in the preparation of the monthly and annual capital forecasts

- Coordinate the CWIP monthly review and reporting

- Provide financial support to the stations during planned outages

- Working with analysts to update detailed operating and financial reporting for multiple departments and sites

- Analyze and monitor financial and operating performance. Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses (actual versus budget/forecast)

- Identify trends and issues to ensure quality financial results

- Use best practices to improve reporting processes

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Preform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

0 to 2 years of financial experience

- Good organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of financial principles, cost control and analysis is required

- Accounting standards and practices

- High attention to detail

- Highly motivated with an aptitude for continuous learning

- Strong Excel skills

Preferred:

- SAP Experience

- Anaplan Experience

- Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience are encouarged to apply
