In this role, you manage all aspects of a client portfolio and establish relationships with key decision makers in The Netherlands. Your responsibilities include client retention, contract negotiation, implementation and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment and profitability), business planning and reviews and escalation management.

Support multiple customer's travel programs and projects
Overall responsibility for relationship with your client at national and/or multi-national level
Work with Global-Regional and Local Program Managers to create supporting business plans/initiatives to support the multinational plan
Identify and develop business opportunities
Client retention and contract negotiation
Implementation and business consolidation
Responsible for the financials (budgets, billing, payment and profitability)
Escalation of operational issues
Leverage the relationships within your team to increase knowledge and exchange information
How you can set yourself apart
Experience in the Business Travel Industry
Experience with Program Management
Effective spoken and written communication skills
Good presentation skills in person and via web conference using MS Teams
Creative thinker with a passion for high-performance
Cross functional approach to problem solving
Salesforce knowledge
