Seasonal Street Team Coordinator - House of Blues

Job Description

Job Summary:

Live Nation is seeking an energetic and passionate music fan to coordinate a DC-based street team. The Street Team's intention is to engage fans and promote the area's largest concerts.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and interview prospective applicants

  • Schedule street team's appearances and coordinate onsite arrival/departure

  • Manage promotional material quantities on a week basis

  • Occasional assistance onsite at events with setting up tents and tables

  • Work with Senior Director of Marketing to manage street team members' hours

    Qualifications

  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as the event calendar requires

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Comfortable interviewing prospective applicants

  • Must provide own transportation

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift with minimal assistance for a minimum of three hours

    Work Environment

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments

  • May work in drastic temperature climates

  • Must be able to lift up to but, not limited to 50 lbs unassisted

  • Must be willing travel to work events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

  • Must have a personal computer
