$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS Relocation Available - Provides support for the development and implementation of strategic and operational Respiratory Care plans and initiatives for Essentia Health as well as providing day to day operational guidance for the area. - Plans and develops systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety and efficiency of the department. - Responsible for hiring, training/competency, supervising and coaching employees in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Responsible for managing resources to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. Work Experience: Preferred Minimum of 3 years in the field of respiratory care

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist or registry eligible or a Certified Respirator Therapy Technician as defined by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
NBRC RRT credentialing must be completed within 12 months of hire.
Respiratory Therapist licensure through the appropriate state(s) Boards of Medical Practice.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified within one month (MMES excluded).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required or obtained within 6 months (MMES excluded).
Must hold state licensure in appropriate state of practice upon hire or have applied and are waiting for state licensure in appropriate state of practice to award licensure not to exceed 30 days from date of hire.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified within 1 month.
