Job Description:
Responsible for managing, enhancing and developing credit & banking products, services and controls. Provides innovative value propositions and product solutions that address needs of the affluent and high net worth customer. Carries out product's strategic plan and project performance metrics and forecasts. Understands and communicates gaps in product offerings and develops action plans. Has experience in financial services industry and demonstrates key strengths in product management, product development, and strategic marketing.
The Credit Product Sr. Manager is responsible for supporting the management of credit process as well as the development and execution of producct strategy to achieve responsible growth. Key activities include development and execution of product strategy, product / process design & optimization, field-based communications, and training where appropriate. Manager will also support Advisors (FAs / PWAs / PCAs), local GWIM Credit Executives and Internal SBL Sales Desk to pro-actively identify opportunities to develop effective resources and materials to appropriately position credit solutions to wealth management clients to drive product growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in the credit and/or wealth management space with increasing responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Successful track record of managing complex projects
- Strong communication skills
- Wealth Management credit experience
- College degree
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
