The Sr. Merchandising Collateral Manager is responsible for leading and driving retail collateral including creative briefings, creative review, creative and legal approvals from internal and external parties, understanding enterprise strategy, front line impact, and final customer in-store experience. They are successful in providing leadership to their team members, cross functional teams, and agency partners.
What you'll do in your role.
Lead a highly visible, complex projects end-to-end with minimal coaching and support, navigating the organization with ease. Manage creative development including project kick-off meetings and agency briefings. Responsible for understanding what great design execution is for digital and print and drive excellent creative results.
Gain alignment and approval for creative executions. Works in conjunction with Management to ensure creative executions are in-line with T-Mobile brand positioning, customer insights, product strategies and marketing initiatives. Comfortably manage review meetings to multiple levels including senior leadership, with strong understanding of brief and rationales for decisions. Apply industry best practices.
Provides leadership for agency partnerships giving direction on prioritization and overall creative reviews. Creative Merchandising managers aiding on reviews, brand input and job prioritization. High visible initiatives, acting as primary contact for project planning and creative execution. Department leader coverage
Routes all creative layouts through legal, 3rd party, business owners and management to obtain approvals. Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting quality and delivery of all projects with minimal coaching and support. Day-to-day contact for internal customers and agency partners on program execution.
Contribute to developing customer journey strategy based on prioritization, marketing initiatives, timelines, production planning. Collaborate with visual merchandising team on placement strategy to deliver on Enterprise, Retail and Marketing initiatives, for all channels and store types.
The experience you'll bring.
4-7 Years: Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics Or Technology Preferred
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business
4-7 Years: Retail Collateral Management, Advertising Creative Development, Marketing Or Advertising Field Required
