Sr Business Operations Manager
RAPID is a shared services organization and paves the way for innovative changes towards the future of ETS! Our teams manage Enterprise portfolios for various initiatives, plan and execute the Portfolio Pre-PI Planning, perform EAC reviews, lead the largest and most impactful initiatives in ETS, and provide an array of change management services, just to name a few.
The Sr Business Operations Manager serves a critical role in managing the day-to-day and future operations of our multiple shared services organization, including communications, leadership initiatives, workforce transformation, risk/issue mitigation, and OCIO alignment. The role allows ample opportunity for creative solutions and innovation.
What you'll do in your role.
Supports VP, interfacing with their leadership teams to drive multiple programs, or work efforts, to completion and overall success as defined by the business case or leader's expectations
Provides strategic guidance by identifying, evaluating, and analyzing critical priorities by partnering with leaders across multiple organizations
Acts as a conduit of current information and feedback between Senior Vice President / Vice President and department leaders by planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals from beginning to end.
Leads productive strategic discussions, leadership meetings, and planning sessions to ensure the purpose and objectives are met.
Finds innovative approaches and solutions to problems
Simplifies and communicates complex problems and leads solution discussions
Manages discussions to create/update, communication, implement and maintain/report on Enterprise, ETS, and RAPID OKRs
Closely coordinates with the Office of the CIO (OCIO) to manage operational activities
Communications management
Possess solid understanding of RAPID's operations along with financial acuity and serve as a capable steward of the company's financial resources
The experience you'll bring.
5+ years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst experience in technology
3+ years experience in Business Operations
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience required
Preferred: Masters Degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with and present ideas to senior leadership
Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Strong relationship building and people management skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred: Masters Degree
