Description
SAIC is seeking a PICO Analyst to support the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) out of Fort Meade, Maryland. This will be a full-time, on-site position.
The shift will be Tuesday-Friday; 1400-0000.
The PICO Analyst will provide situational awareness and oversight of the current system health and forecast of planned outages affecting identified critical systems. This is accomplished through the use of tools to coordinate outages, and by communicating with system owners and operators about system statuses. The PICO analyst assists in determining the range of potential or realized impacts resulting from system outages and reporting this information to appropriate stakeholders. This position provides mission essential coverage to support cyberspace operations 24x7x365.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
. Review pending outages for timing and impact deconfliction.
. Track approved scheduled outages.
. Update products with current and relevant information on a continuous basis.
. Brief current and forecasted system status and health information.
. Assess the potential impact of a system outage.
. Coordinate with system and platform owners as required.
. Notify appropriate stakeholders of outages, potential impacts, and associated risk to mission.
Qualifications
Requirements:
. An Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
. Minimum six years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or a related functional area.
. Minimum of High School Diploma. Years of experience will be taken in lieu of a degree.
. Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification, CSSP Incident Responder, or CSSP Infrastructure Support.
