What You'll Get to Do:

As a CACI-Special Operations Asymmetric Solutions (SOAS) TTX / Wargame Planner, you will support the US Army North G5 Future of Homeland Defense Project in solving future problems that may face the nation out to the year 2040. US Army North requires subject matter expertise on an iterative basis to provide intelligence, analytical, and assessment tools to support the Future of Homeland Defense Project (HDP). The project incorporates inputs and collaborative efforts from USARNORTH staff, US Special Operations Command - North, United States Special Operations Command, Army Futures Command (AFC), HQDA, Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, TRADOC, Intelligence Community, and subject matter experts (SME) from academia and private industry.

More About the Role:

As the TTX Wargame Planner, you will be responsible for the integration of Future Homeland Defense initiatives into the ARNORTH TTX program (Homeland Defender). In this capacity you will support and assist with the development of ARNORTH organizational initiatives according to departmental plans and Government policies. Responsible for creating a framework that shows best practices for the planning and integration of TTX/ Wargame activities. Also responsible for producing written outlines, narratives, visual concepts, planning materials, and timelines in support TTX/Wargame requirements. You will directly support the comprehensive management of project timelines, resource allocation, and scheduling critical milestones. You will also analyze and anticipate potential obstacles and then devise proactive strategies to mitigate risks.

You'll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Must have a current Secret clearance and eligible for TS/SCI.

  • Minimum of Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting the US Army North and/or the Department of Defense requirements.

  • Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,000 - $178,600
