About the role: We are looking for a Website Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with clients to provide seamless website builds and, ultimately, a flawless onsite experience for attendees. You will consultant and advise based on your expertise and their needs to ensuring a website that exceeds their needs, making their attendee experience- one to remember. If you are super detail-oriented, customer service focused and a looking to make the attendee experience easy, read on!
As a Website Developer you will: - Ensure online registration websites meet the specific needs of each event, are clear, concise and easy to navigate. - Field questions from attendees and update their registration profiles with any changes. You know each event is a personal experience, and you make it easy for your clients. - Advise accurate timelines and deliverable deadlines to ensuring launch dates are achievable. - Monitor registrations, send reminders, run reports and work with your teammates and clients to make sure every detail has been covered. Communicate effectively and efficiently. Cross-check registration lists, then cross check again. - Create and send clear communications. - Ensure everyone, from client to attendee to staff person has a positive and memorable experience from invitation stage, through onsite, and departure. You're good at: - Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure. - Teamwork. It takes a village. But, able to work independently as needed. - Cvent, Excel, Photo Shop and Microsoft Office Suite. - Providing superior customer service. You understand that it is a person that is attending your event and go above and beyond to ensure they have the best experience possible. - Analytical thinking; ability to independently and through collaboration troubleshoot to achieve efficient and effective registration processes. - Ideal candidate possesses 5+ years in an web development/technology
You might also have: - A college degree from a 4- year institution.
You should know: - This role is virtual - Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break. - Covid vaccination might be required for this role.
