Job Description:
This position is responsible for snow removal on sidewalks, stairways, entryways, driveways, and other paved areas, maintenance of all area lawns and shrubs, policing all surface lots, adjacent lawns and sidewalks, care and policing of all parking ramps and entrances, cleaning all equipment and storage areas, moving furniture, equipment or items and various other special projects. Also, responsible to use appropriate procedures and carries out responsibilities and duties in order to ensure a safe, clean environment and image. Tasks performed and assigned are dependent on weather conditions.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health 's insurer.
