As a sales associate you will:
Multitask, do a bit of everything around the store and be adaptable
Actively listen to customers' needs
Educate customers on all options to meet their needs
Be proficient in the operation of all test equipment
Successfully close sales on the phone
Complete customer transactions using POS system
Maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing
Maintain store appearance by keeping store clean and uncluttered
Lift product weighing 10-20 lbs on a regular and frequent basis, 21-50 lbs on an occasional basis, and more than 50 lbs on an infrequent basis.
As a technician you will:
Change watch / key fob batteries
Operate a spot welder to rebuild battery packs or build new custom packs
Change vehicle batteries
Repair smartphones, tablets and other devices
Cut/Program automotive keys and key fobs
Help maintain proper inventory and receive, pack and ship devices
