The Corporate Recruiting Team is looking for a skilled, collaborative and dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruiting and Human Resource team! This is currently a remote position with future hybrid possibility in the Macedonia, Ohio office.
The Corporate Recruiter is primarily responsible for the candidate selection process to support the hiring of Account Executives, General Manager's, and Workforce Project Coordinators in their assigned Region. They are expected to provide similar support to other regions as needed. The Corporate Recruiter will also support the recruitment of corporate level positions and direct hire positions in support of our emerging business needs and will also be assigned special projects that support talent growth, development and retention.
Corporate Recruiters are responsible for developing and maintaining field relationships and partnerships within their respective regions. They serve as the primary point of contact for their region on all responsibilities related to recruiting and talent acquisition. They are responsible for keeping key stakeholders informed of their efforts, outcomes, and challenges, as well as for driving adherence to our selection and hiring process.
Corporate Recruiters are responsible for a data-driven approach to maximize efforts and outcomes to consistently deliver high quality candidates in an efficient manner and are expected to work within the established workflows and systems to track and evaluate their efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and manage candidate flow - develop effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent, leverage job posting strategies and candidate generation techniques to cultivate the necessary candidate flow to support open positions. Work with support staff within the Corporate Recruiting team to ensure any client needs and outcomes are meeting expectations.
Engage - create enticing and authentic outreach to attract top talent and ensure that candidates who have expressed interest are properly and professionally followed-up with in a timely manner. Remain a support and point of contact for candidates as they move through the interview and on-boarding process.
Evaluate - leverage known success profiles and a consistent interview process to present Tradesmen in a positive and authentic manner while evaluating to ensure candidate interests and abilities align with company expectations.
Take a data driven approach - ensure effort and outcomes are closely aligned and bottlenecks to success are quickly identified and elevated to ensure accurate effort to hire and time to fill ratios.
Leverage resources - be a responsible steward and subject matter expert on all available resources including, but not limited to; iCIMS, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
Perform to metrics - consistently meet performance metrics around turn-around times, activity targets, time to fill, and interview to offer metrics to name a few. Escalate and help diagnose challenges to hitting targets and take personal ownership over improvement as needed.
Consult and support - follow established communication and reporting cadences while identifying areas to increase support as needed. Assess talent acquisition challenges and make recommendations to drive success and work with field leadership to navigate. Provide recommendations and guidance on local efforts to source candidates. Support the field in all things talent acquisition related.
Elevate talent and talent acquisition strategies - continuous improvement is expected in both the candidate evaluation and recruiting process. Make recommendations, suggestions, and lead initiatives to improve the quality of our efforts and the quality of the talent we present. Support projects as needed.
Elevate the Tradesmen employer brand - ensure positive candidate experiences at all touchpoints in the recruiting process, provide guidance and make recommendations on engagement and social media strategies to ensure a positive and professional image of Tradesmen is presented to candidates.
Job Qualifications:
3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience and strong understanding and ability to recruit in management levels.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communications or other related field.
Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills and team-based project experience.
Time management and prioritization skills.
In-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
