CACI has an immediate opening for a NWCF Senior Logistics Analyst supporting the NAVSUP Afloat/Marine Aviation Logistics Liaison Office (AMALLO) in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
Manage and track Fleet/MSC/MALs TIR processing ensuring daily TIRs are accounted for and properly processed. Ensure quality and timeliness of daily TIRs and archiving processing.
Coordinate Annual Book 2 Book Audits. Request, follow-up, edit, file, and submit -I- files from Navy/Marine Corp and Military Sealift Command Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) activities.
Respond to e-mails from NWCF activities, Navy ERP personnel, and address Transaction Item Reporting (TIR) problems including SFTP Server and failed/erroneous records in Navy ERP
Review Unreconcilable Balances (URB) Reports for action (all NUA/N35 and N32). Create TIRs to resolve URBs or e-mail activities/TYCOMs for research/data.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active DOD Secret security clearance
Applicants should have eight (8) of experience in R-Supply, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and the functionality of Naval Supply
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or related business discipline is desired. In lieu of a degree, an additional eight (8) years of experience in Supply, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of R-Supply is acceptable.
Working knowledge of the NAVSUP Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) functions, regarding Inventory and Financial Management within the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (ERP).
Working knowledge of both Shipboard and Marine Aviation Logistics (MALS) R-Supply processes.
Working knowledge of MILSTRIP/MILSRAP data layout and processes.
Working knowledge of Transaction Item Reporting (TIR) process.
Desired:
The ideal candidate would have experience obtained as a former U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist with tours on CVN/MALS.
Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct individual and seminar training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,000-$117,500
