We are searching for an enthusiastic candidate who embodies the values of exceptional customer service and effective communication. In this role, you will lead a small but mighty team and collaborate closely with our shared services organization, business partners and expert teams to deliver optimized HR solutions tailored to our business needs. You will also have a small customer group to support in addition to the team lead and management duties. You will immerse yourself in understanding our internal HR systems and processes, using data as a leading indicator for future actions, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements, and process streamlining. This position offers the chance to work within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Workforce Solutions Advisors creating an environment of positivity, team work, process improvement, collaboration and efficiency.

  • Create a purposeful plan to review processes, identify gaps and communicate back to key stakeholders changes/improvements including team training.

  • Manage mass employee changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with people data in partnership with GBS (Global Business Services) and P&O (HR) Business Partners.

  • Foster collaboration with P&O (HR) Business Partners, P&O (HR) Expert Teams, and GBS.

  • Provide regular team metrics, data analysis and validation to the broader team.

  • Resolve various HR system integration issues and ensure data accuracy.

  • Investigate complex issues affecting the employee experience.

  • Navigate HRIS systems proficiently, including approving employee data changes and providing customized support to the business.

  • Identify HR process gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions.

  • Develop reference materials, process flows, and toolkits to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Engage and facilitate conversations with key stakeholders in various people related topics to connect dots and drive to resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR or related experience, ideally in a Generalist or Coordinator role within a Shared Service environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Familiar with HR policies and procedures. Ability to identify and collaborate with a vast array of HR resources. A proven track record of excellence in responsiveness, quality, and efficiency is required.

  • Analysis/problem-solving & Systemic Improvement - Individuals must be proficient at handling large quantities of data. Experience creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, making recommendations, and leading improvements required. Ability to develop, assess, and improve work processes.

*Strong attention to detail is required.

*Proven ability to shift from strategic thinking to operational thinking and vice versa and understanding that this role operates in a grey space often.

  • Execute with Excellence: Ability to work independently - Individual must be able to manage their work priorities and complete deliverables with little direct day-to-day supervision. Individuals must feel confident interacting with all Siemens employees without assistance. Exceptional customer service orientation.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and data summarization. Experience working with Tableau or Powerbi is preferred.

  • Collaboration/Culture: Team Player - This role will participate as an active member of the People Relations and Governance team as well as the broader People and Organization team. Individual must have a history of successfully working effectively in a team environment and clearly contributing to team results. Must be able to lead small projects and topics to resolution.

  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and privacy, ensure protection of data, and demonstrate responsible use of data access. Experience with data privacy required.

  • The pay range for this position is $ $106,000 - $181,700 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
