Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Billing, Contracts &, the Contracts Analystwill be responsible for processing and renewal of a variety of business licenses required for Badger to perform services as well as processing and executing of select purchase orders and change orders required by Badger's customers.

Specific Duties

• Processing and tracking of various business licenses required to perform work.
• Processing and executing select purchase orders and change orders
• Reading Select purchase and change orders to ensure Badger's policies are adhered to and followed an or noted

• Assist Contracts Manager with special projects as time allows.

• Follow-up on emails and calls to customers, as needed, to complete files.

• Updating contractual information Badger's CRM Module
• Assisting with filing, folder clean-up and other administrative tasks
• Following processes related to streamlining contract lifecycle management
• Reviewing requested information to ensure that all information in file has been prepared as requested and required by customer
• Assisting business with additional information and working collaboratively with other departments.

• Following up on returned contracts to ensure proper filing contracts

• College Degree or high school diploma with relevant work experience in lieu of degree

• Strong computer skills, good math skills
• Experience working with CRM system and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Strong work ethic, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills and high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Pre-employment D&A testing required
