We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature. Role interacts closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Corporate Banking and other internal / external colleagues. Reconcile gas and electric cash reports as a member of the Customer Payment Services team. Manage Miscellaneous Receipts Payments (checks and wire) including intercompany wire processing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate level: 0-2 years directly related experience.
Intermediate level: 3-4 years directly related experience.
Senior level: 5-6+ years directly related experience.
Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
Effective analytical skills.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP (ERP) and Blackline System preferred, not required.
Accounting background preferred, not required.
