Job Summary
This position analyzes data and assists with the development of new reports. He/She provides data to senior and mid-level sales management to assist with evaluating business plan results. This position retrieves and interprets sales performance data. He/She provides advice on data manipulation techniques and presenting reports. This position works with internal peers and subject matter experts to satisfy end-user requests. He/She compares, contrasts, and analyzes critical performance data elements
Responsibilities:
Experience with SFDC Lightning configuration and customization.
Experience with Agile Salesforce & Analytics Development Practices.
Experience with salesforce deployment models.
Knowledge of SFDC sales cloud architecture.
Experience with salesforce access and visibility model and data/schema architecture.
Experience building Dashboards and reports in salesforce lightning.
Experience working with large data (1 B+ rows) and supporting large user base (10,000+).
Mentor and coordinate the development efforts of other SFDC/CRMA Developers
Analysis and Effort Estimation of Analytics Features & Stories
Experience with any CI/CD Platform (Cucumber, VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, Flosum, etc.)
Experience developing applications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Rest API/SOAP API/Work bench and LWC experiences are desirable.
Experience with Data Analytics and AI/ML Algorithms in Python using Databricks.
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should have strong experience in Salesforce Development (2+ years).
Bachelor's degree.
Salesforce Certification -
Preferences:
CRMA Development Experience (1+ Years)
Experience creating interactive and advanced CRMA dashboards, with large number of complex data transformations.
Manage complex security models in CRMA by leveraging security predicate and app-based security modeling.
Tableau CRMA & Einstein Discovery Certification
using CRMA (aka Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics)
Design, build, and support datasets, data recipes, dataflows, and dashboards using Salesforce and non-Salesforce data sources.
Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues with CRMA Dashboards
Skilled in SAQL, JSON
Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Einstein Discovery and deploy AI/ML Models built outside Salesforce.
Best practices direction and implement approaches for content governance, processes, version control and UI consistency within CRMA.
Visualization Portfolio - Preferred
