Goodwin William Staffing in Culpeper is seeking Production Assemblers for a local manufacturing client. These positions are temporary-to-hire and can result in full-time, permanent job offers for high-performing candidates. Applicants with some production assembly or manufacturing experience are preferred, but entry-level candidates will also be considered. Candidates should be able to work in a warehouse type of facility that is not climate controlled and also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-work-oriented environment where constant motion is required. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools such as sanders, drills, and glue guns is also helpful. Applicants must be available to work full-time hours plus overtime, Monday through Saturday.
