Job Description:
The Senior Advisor of Integrated Care serves as a key partner for a variety of initiatives directed towards driving ongoing development, innovation, and continuous improvement of a common Essentia Health clinical practice for physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs) and clinical care teams. The Senior Advisor functions as a key member and facilitator of the Essentia Medical Groups (EMGs). Key Responsibilities: -Leads the planning, development and implementation of programs and initiatives to improve clinical practice and patient care across Essentia Health. Responsible for ensuring alignment of programs and initiatives with each other and the values of Essentia Health. -Provides leadership and project management through the development of tools, processes, and plans that ensure successful outcomes. -Supports the Essentia Medical Groups (EMGs) in driving innovation, identifying and achieving best practices and standards of care, and monitoring success. -Serves as a liaison between project teams and key departments such as IS, Population Health, Quality, and Pharmacy. -Partners with clinicians, operators, and all levels of leadership to successfully implement and sustain initiatives across Essentia. -Monitors execution of programs and initiatives to ensure sustainability and excellence. Required Qualifications -Minimum of five years of progressive experience supporting, developing, and leading clinical projects, preferably in an integrated health system. -Strong interpersonal relationships skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. -Knowledge of and experience with healthcare technology and software, preferably at a minimum the Epic system. -Proven experience and success with implementing and executing organizational change, setting performance measurements, strategic planning, project management, program development and implementation, process improvement techniques, and functioning in a matrixed organization.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare management related field. Masters degree preferred.

Pay Range
$121451 - $182187 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
