Assists in day to day management of the operations for assigned site. Operational functions managed include client services, customer service, claims, data processing, and/or utilization to ensure the operating integrity of the plan. Coordinates interdepartmental reports and statistics in accordance with regulatory agency requirements and acts as organizer, facilitator, and decision maker of associated work flows.
Assists in planning and managing the operations of assigned site to ensure all operations meet the plans overall objectives and contractual requirements. Coordinates and liaisons with appropriate Corporate departments to ensure smooth operations of client and provider services.
Develops procedures, selects, trains, and instructs staff. Coordinates work flows between customer service staff, vendors and applicable corporate departments.
Develops and maintains operations work flows, standard operating procedures, desk top procedures and all pertinent business documents in order to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Assess the need and develops detailed documentation requirements to meet business needs under standardization and virtualization of assigned site. Responsible for monitoring productivity and quality of work for all operations staff.
Provides status reports that give a detailed description of the current projects progress and indicates time devoted to each task of the project. Respond to ad hoc requests for support and analysis.
