Job Description:
Acting as a direct advisor between practice leaders, operational administration, internal and external parties to identify, initiate, facilitate and organize strategy. Facilitates process and design oversight to plans for both clinic and hospital while ensuring leaders have relevant tools and data and understand how to use them; reviewing data analysis procedures for quality improvement for decision making and engaging appropriate individuals. Facilitate and participate in benchmarking with other organizations and internally with Essentia as necessary. Facilitate use of utilization data and simulation and presenting this data to user groups/decision makers to assure good stewardship and sizing of facilities and/or departments. Coordination of meetings, agendas and documents as well as collaborating on communication pieces and use of information collected.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required in Business, healthcare or related field.
OR
7 years' healthcare experience with demonstrated ability in providing highly strategic and innovate leadership in a healthcare organization.
