As part of the Wholesale Strategic Team, this role will be responsible in contributing to TMUS's success by delivering and implementing the strategic vision for the Wholesale organization. The role is a key contributor in developing strategic guidance across the multiple portfolios, customer segments, and products in Wholesale. Success in this role requires the ability to structure and frame highly complex issues, provide analysis on possible outcomes, and provide guidance to leadership in making decisions that shape the future of Wholesale. Cross functional collaboration is key to this role and the manager will need to be able to develop working relationships across the enterprise. The manager will also be required to utilize SQL sources for post mortem analysis and supporting analysis for business cases. Applicants should have an inquisitive nature and ability to logically work through problems.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Be a though leader and provide strategic framing of ambiguous problem sets.

  • Ability to pull data from SQL servers or various sources and provide data driven analysis to support feasibility or post mortem recommendations.

  • Ability to assemble and lead cross functional team projects, clearly communicate objectives/vision, and drive completion of overall business goals.

  • Identify holistic risks and opportunities across a broad number of individual projects/programs and provide possible solutions.

  • Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.

  • Develop and manage positive client relationships in a collaborative team environment

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, reengineer or maintain company performance.

The experience you'll bring.

  • 5-10 years in business analysis and consulting experience a plus

  • Excellent communication skills with good executive level presence

  • Proficient writing SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple data sources, including Oracle, Teradata, and SQL Server
