CACI is seeking a Tester with Business Analyst skills in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
General Description:
In this role you will be part of a SCRUM team responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing uses cases for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ServiceNow ITOM capabilities. You will be directly responsible for gathering and documenting system requirements. You will also derive requirements for ServiceNow reports & dashboards that allow for measurement and tracking of the completeness and accuracy of Configuration Item (CI) attribute data and CI-to-CI relationships. You will also be responsible for testing to validate integration functionality and that the uses cases have been implemented successfully.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience developing test plans, executing the plan, and documenting the results.
Experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
Experience with functional decomposition of large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories.
Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Experience in estimating techniques.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
Qualifications:
DoD Secret Clearance.
10+ Years relevant experience (a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
ServiceNow ITOM experience
Excellent verbal and written commuincation skills
Experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
Asset Management experience
Software development background
Certified Business Analysis Professional
Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
Experience working in the Department of Defense

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
