Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Requirements:
Must fulfill one of the following:
A. Minnesota technical institute certificate as a child development assistant. Plus 520 hours experience as an aide or student intern.
B. Two years full time post-secondary education from a college or university. Plus 1,040 hours as an aide or student intern, plus 9 quarter credits from post-secondary institution in Child Development or related courses.
C. Child Development Associate credential from the Council on Early Childhood Professional Recognition.
D. Certificate or credential from a two-year program in child development at a Minnesota community college or technical college.
E. Baccalaureate degree in any field from an accredited college or university, including 9 quarter credits in Early Childhood or related courses. 2. Caregiving knowledge of children 0 - 7 years of age.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
