We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative for a 12+ months contract in Winston Salem, NC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers. The ideal candidate must maintain an average call handle time of
Education/Experience Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in a Call Center (handling customer calls) environment
Strong computer skills
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Work Schedule:
Shifts start between 7am-10am and finish between 4pm-7pm
Must be able to work within those hours
Required to work 40 hours a week
