CACI has a career opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant with a current TS (SCI preferred) to join our Space Operations, Launch and Engineering (SOL&E) team. The successful candidate will support the SOL&E Division Manager and the Program Managers of the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM), Satellite Control Network Tracking Station Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS), Mission Assurance Support Contract (MASC) and NASA JSC Simulation and Software Technology (SST3) contracts to fulfill a variety of operations tasks related to the team's mission within the company
What You'll Get to Do:
Performing finance, budget, purchasing, HR, and facilities responsibilities.
Scheduling and maintaining corporate communications calendar
Liaison with vendors to ensure purchased services and products are on schedule and within budget
Resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills
Ability to anticipate needs and possess the initiative to address them
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change
Liaison with other senior leadership EA's and functional areas of the company
Event planning
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years as an executive administrator in a high energy environment
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience (prior experience in a corporate communications environment is highly desired)
Experience with event planning
Top Secret clearance: TS/SCI preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Superior skills in Microsoft Office and social media

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
