Siemens is looking to fill a permanent position for an Account Development Representative II to work within the Sales TIA organization. Siemens Account Development Representatives are responsible for proactive lead generation through execution of outreach campaigns for through sequence of phone and digital media touchpoints. These activities will lead to opening new accounts or expanding into new product categories at existing customer base. This role works directly with regional selling teams to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities. Execution of new business strategies will include upfront research, cold calling, and advanced qualification. Team members will conduct research, initiate touchpoints and discovery calls with prospects and customers, coordinate initial customer and meetings, schedule technical resources, track activity and proactively update selling teams on next steps for new and developing opportunities.

Candidates must be highly proficient in communication and experience with customer outreach preferred. In addition, will be able to coordinate with internal organizations. They must understand the overall value proposition of the solutions they are selling and be able to quickly communicate the message. Success in the position depends heavily on building a trusted partnership with the local sales teams to define a dynamic list of target accounts and agreement on upfront pursuit strategies.

We are looking for an Account Representative II. This position is available remotely in Atlanta, GA. Alternate Cities include: Detroit, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, St. Louis and Denver.

You'll will make an impact by:

  • Proactive lead generation through execution of outreach campaigns for through sequence of phone and digital media touchpoints

  • Build prospect interest in the products and services through web, social media, e-mail and primarily phone interaction.

  • Conduct upfront research on targeted companies to determine persona contacts, build company intelligence and identify possible compelling events to increase interest in Siemens.

  • Conduct outbound daily calls and other pursuit strategies.

  • Systematically follow-up all target account activities to develop total qualified opportunities that produce an above average close rate.

  • Manage inbound sales leads.

  • Enrich and profile our databases (Eloqua and Salesforce) to identify new interest.

  • Strive for expertise in select vertical markets over time.

  • Provide feedback on potential successful campaigns.

  • Works under moderate supervision and usually receives detailed instructions on all work.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • 2+yearsinsidesalesexperienceselling tosmall,mid-market, andenterprisebusiness clients.

  • Growing existing accounts in new divisions and qualifying new business prospects

  • Engineering and or technical background beneficial but not required.

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Outreach experience a plus

  • Fearless and persistence in cold calling new account targets

  • Proven ability to open doors, and build relationships at all levels in an organization.

  • Able to think creatively and apply new ideas to overcome objections and barriers.

  • Works well on a team and has strong communication skills.

  • Highly organized and can manage a large volume of opportunities.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce)

  • Ability to research and quickly translate information into action.

  • Self-motivated and target driven.

  • The pay range for this position is: $59,440 to $101,880 and the annual incentive target is 42% of the base salary.The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
