Description
As a Business Development Manager, your essential job functions include:
Conquesting (55%)
Conquest new business through focused selling activities
Manage the full sales cycle with the customer
Engage front line managers to secure business or add additional services
Lead the identification of new customer prospects and sales process to land new business (focusing on the Division's mid-sized growth opportunities)
Own and lead origination of DW strategic sales initiatives, WTD/FLF+, etc.
Contribute to and drive the Division's sales strategy, plan and critical priorities
Deliver professional sales presentations
Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams throughout the sales process
Leverage industry intelligence/information to grow Dent Wizard's footprint in all channels of business
Represent Dent Wizard at professional trade association meetings, client seminars, conventions, etc.
Account Management (25%)
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers (QBR)
Develop and manage strong relationships with mid-sized customers within the Division in partnership with Operations
Collaborate with Dealer Tire sales partners
Lead and execute price increases
Drive existing customer growth and retention
Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions that address customer needs
Identify competitive opportunities, threats, trends and issues; elevate awareness and proactively implement value-added solutions
Operations Coordination/Integration (10%)
Partner with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers to ensure customers have five-star experience based on a Team Sell approach
Provide counsel and support in resolving existing customer issues
Maintain a positive and productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard's core values
Participate in operations huddles and management routines to ensure strong alignment, integration and collaboration across teams
Fuel M&A pipeline for future growth opportunities
Sales Administration (10%)
Participate in the Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) process providing regular updates
Enter and update sales related data in a timely manner
Actively lead and participate in a cadence of sales calls

Position Requirements
5+ years proven sales experience in a similar type of sales environment
Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.
Physical Job Requirements
Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
Travel as necessary (up to 75%).

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting base salary is expected to be between $75,000 and $80,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include commission or bonus. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
