We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

This job is only to be used within the DEV - Project Construction (Controls) group. Monitors system workflows and user permissions to improve efficiency. Responsible for report design and testing with end user. Coordinates user permissions and provides advanced design support for the core Project Construction systems including Aconex, eRoom, SharePoint, OneNote, and Everbridge. Provides advanced administrator support for the Aconex document management platform to track and store all project related documents (drawings, worksheets, procedures, etc.) generated during the lifecycle of a large construction project. Assists with the maintenance of the consolidated project dashboard and safety/environmental databases for the organization. Functions as a project manager to implement process improvements across the core Project Construction systems including the document management applications. Interfaces with the corporate Information Technology team as needed for user access issues and system enhancements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • 5-6+ years of relevant experience in directly related field.

  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data.

  • Ability to multi-task in a team environment.

  • Team player with strong customer focus skills, must be able to effectively interface with both application users, the project team, and vendors.

  • Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirements

Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelors

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed below.

Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Science or equivalent work experience.
