We are looking for an IT Service Integrator to help us build and maintain the IT Infrastructure ecosystem used to support the Siemens Grid Software business. This role will be part of a 5 person IT team supporting 200+ employees located throughout the US. Core responsibilities include maintaining virtualized hardware, software, and networking for hundreds of servers while following IT best practices with an emphasis on Cybersecurity.

This is a hybrid position reporting to our office in Minnetonka MN. Position is flexible with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

You'll make an impact as you:

  • Manage IT Infrastructure in our Minnetonka MN data center

  • Understand and apply IT procedures and best practices

  • Understand and apply cybersecurity best practices

  • Apply operating system updates, software deployment, and configuration

  • Apply identity management and control access

  • Apply basic networking configuration changes

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or cybersecurity

  • 2+ years of experience in IT environments with one or both of systems

  • Microsoft Windows server management

  • Linux server management

  • 2+ years of experience with user / identity management

  • Microsoft AD or LDAP

  • 2+ years of network management

  • Switches, routers, and firewall configuration

  • 2+ years of experience with server virtualization

  • VMware, Hyper-V, Red Hat OpenShift or other server virtualization platforms

  • 1 + years of experience with shell scripting

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • IT Service Desk automation

  • Advanced scripting experience

  • Expertise on cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO, etc.)

  • Experience with cloud computing

  • Database management

  • Source Code management

  • RHEL, Microsoft, Cisco, or IT-related certifications

  • The salary range for this position is $59,990 - $125,280. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
