The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for Project intake with cross functional internal clients to obtain project objectives, expectations, timelines, requirements, budgets, etc. for project requests.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with manager and department leadership to develop strategic creative briefing documents and create internal studio process.
- Work with manager and studio team on process development
- Collaborate with manager and other studio team members to ensure key milestones are included in timeline workflow to achieve project deadlines
- Manage and track project budgets (work with Budget Manager to obtain accurate budget dollars at the beginning of each project) and reconcile to plan
- Build bid sheet, pricing, and store list management and internal process for marketing and other creative projects. Work with Print Production Team to ensure bid sheet and allocation/version accuracy, print material ordering, and project communication
- Ensures delivery of final assets/files to print vendors and/or digital partners (vendors, internal digital team, etc) as needed
- Manage day-to-day for core menu content, marketing studio projects, and other with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors
- Support photo shoot logistics including food, props, plate ware, scheduling and other duties as needed.
-Collaborate with manager and key studio leadership to create internal studio process and facilitate process with vendor and external agencies This includes documentation by utilizing internal software systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, etc. with continual updates as process evolves. Update templates and formatting as needed.
Qualifications
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in related field
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong Problem Solving and analytical ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Workfront experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing abilities.
- Skill in all Microsoft products including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Time management and prioritization.
- Familiarity and experience working with large database systems.
- Knowledge of the project management process.
- Knowledge of financial analysis.
- Knowledge of product development process.
- Knowledge of research methods.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the restaurant / hospitality industry preferred.
