THE ROLE:

The Live Nation Women (LNW) Director of Operations & Programs is a key driver of change, equity, and advocacy for women in the entertainment industry. They work closely with the President/CSO of LNW to develop, drive, and run new programs and initiatives while ensuring operational excellence. The role requires the ability to toggle from high level strategy to tactical, on the ground, day-to-day implementation. As a liaison between several different groups across Live Nation Entertainment, their goal is to align and mobilize women and allies to break barriers women face, move toward gender parity, and ultimately support bringing the LNW mission to life.

Live Nation Women (LNW) centers women in every tour, project, and initiative all year long. LNW serves as a bridge and accelerator across inter-company divisions and departments to drive intersectional gender equity. Our focus is the advancement of women within the company, advocacy for women across live music, and the amplification of female artists and executives. We know that representation transforms the way people see the world, and we are here to spotlight what women are doing and amplify channels that women can get involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with President/CSO of LNW to actively develop and execute Live Nation Women initiatives and programs globally.

  • Oversee all LNW division operations including budgeting, staffing, and general business development.

  • Research, ideate, and create new programs and initiatives (internal and external) that achieve LNW's mission.

  • Work with external advisors and contractors to research and inform gender equity strategy and communication.

  • Build cross-departmental relationships to strengthen internal network and reach of LNW.

  • Collaborate with HR, D&I, and Talent Development teams for program crossover, implementation, and rollout.

  • Can design and develop surveys and other ways to gather data from a broad range of employees, analyze results, and respond to the results strategically.

  • Oversee large LNW partnerships including SoLa Impact/Live Nation Next Gen and large-scale event partnerships (i.e. Billboard Women in Music + Pollstar Women of Live).

  • Operations lead on LNW Global Female Promoter Summit.

  • Act as a point of contact and internal resource for other Live Nation divisions and the D&I team.

  • Partner with LNW Touring to activate meaningful campaigns and/or integrations between LNW equity programs and LNW tours.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years' experience building and running employee or community programs.

  • Experience implementing strategies and executing large-scale projects and programs with a diversity and inclusion lens.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Understands workplace and industry trends as they relate to gender identity, barriers women face, and how intersectional identities compound these barriers.

  • Organized and strong communicator (written and verbal) with effective presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to develop program/project pitch decks and deliver to stakeholders and leaders across the organization.

  • Strong client service skills and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be a strong team player, a strong mentor, and possess strong influencing skills.

  • Ability to work closely with others successfully as part of a highly decentralized organization.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse group of people both internal and external to the organization.

  • Excellence in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
