BENEFITS COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans, including new hire orientation and annual benefits open enrollment
Assist, advise, and counsel employees on day-to-day benefit-related questions (via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions)
Maintain integrity of eligibility enrollments within Workday
Partner with our payroll department to ensure accuracy of benefit deductions
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
Employee perks administration, employee services, and company wellness initiatives
Relocation administration
Commuter benefits administration
Leaves of absence (LOA) administration
Workers' compensation administration
Onsite medical and dental clinics
Onsite preschool
Employee perquisites and wellness initiatives
Commuter benefits
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience in employee benefits, leave of absence, or workers' compensation
Experience with Workday or other HRIS system
Ability to use independent judgment and prioritize work
Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced, loosely structured environment
Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Bilingual in Spanish
