Must have Domestic LC, experience in governing rules, and GTSNet system.
Responsible for processing more complex international transactions with direct communication with
the clients who use international services and expected to adhere to the Division's client service standards,
Policies and procedures at all times. Required to handle client transactions (e.g. debiting/crediting funds
from demand deposit accounts (DDA), examining Letter of Credit documents and ensuring all parties/processes
Adhere to banking regulations). Assist the L/C specialist and is able to assume a leadership position for the production team in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Must have a very strong working knowledge in the following International products as designated by the respective letter of credit operational unit:
Boycott Regulations; Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC); Bank Secrecy Act (BSA); Know Your Client (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).

d) Bankers and Discounted Bankers Acceptances (BA)

Guaranteed Trade Acceptances
Serve as the primary contact for responding to questions and problem resolution. Evaluate situations,
investigate and document accordingly, take corrective action, and/or make recommendations for correction
To the Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training
Five years of experience in domestic operations
Ability to work independently, be well organized, self-motivated, and accept multiple task responsibilities
while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
Analytical skills to independently research and resolve problems
Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Hands-on customer service experience in a financial services environment
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Strong communication skills (Reading, Writing and comprehension skills)
Ability to follow bank policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various banking systems such as money transfer, Demand Deposit Account (DDA), SWIFT
Strong knowledge of the GTSNet Trade Application.
